A Dalmine un grande appartamento di circa 500 mq viene frazionato e diviso in tre nuove unità abitative. L’abitare si struttura in questo progetto su valori immateriali quali la luce e il rapporto con l’esterno, trasformando quello che potrebbe essere un semplice appartamento in un luogo in cui si resta piacevolmente colpiti dal comfort del disegno degli interni unito all’ariosità delle atmosfere. Il grande balcone si affaccia sul paesaggio periurbano traguardando l’orizzonte dalla pianura fino ai vicini colli di Bergamo, completando la proposta abitativa offerta da un progetto che coniuga valore architettonico e legame col contesto.

In Dalmine, a large apartment of about 500 square meters is divided into three new housing units. Two of them, a two-room apartment and a four-room apartment, are located on the fourth floor, while the third is a duplex that occupies part of the fourth and fifth floors, equipped with a large terrace of 255 square meters. Inside the super-penthouse, which is recovered and repurposed, the living area has a double east-west exposure. Through very large windows, it overlooks the surrounding area, enjoying an excellent view. In this project, the idea of living is structured on immaterial values such as light and the relationship with the outside, transforming what could be a simple apartment into a place where you are pleasantly struck by the comfort of the interior design combined with the airiness of the atmosphere. The large balcony overlooks the peri-urban landscape, looking out over the horizon from the plain to the nearby hills of Bergamo, completing a housing proposal that combines architectural quality and connection with the context.
